Advice on how to start my acting career?

I'm nearly 19 living in Ireland just finished school and I'm going to college in September,but I want to become an actor.I have been acting most my life and love it and its the thing I want to do for the rest of my life.I did speech and Drama classes for 4 years and did few drama exams and got certificates but I don't think its enough for a resume or CV.I have been in loads of small plays but I want to be a film actor and I don't know how to start my career. I'm going to move to the California after college if I manage to get a green card so Il try to get work there hopefully but for now I need to start my career in Ireland and I don't know how to go about it? I'm not a dreamer I'm serious about this and I'm doing it more for the love of acting then the fame and money.I also been told by my teacher and other people that I am a talented actor so Il work my *** off and do anything to achieve my dream.
