When your child is born is it possible to not register their birth with the government via birth certificate?

It is worth researching on the internet as I have found out a few things. Registering your childs birth makes their person(their file created from birth certificate the property of the united kingdom government). I don't want my children to be owned by the government so have no intention of registering their births. How could I do this? The united kingdom is also a corporation. Google it. So our country is run not as a service to us but a business where we are used as labour and benefit in no way compared to the city of london which is also a corporation as are all law courts and magistrate courts so are used to make profit from us not justice.
