How do you get a marriage certificate in Washington state?

I understand how the marriage license works with the whole 3 day waiting period and you have to get a marriage certificate within 60 days of receiving your license to get married. Where can you go to basically elope after you get your license to get married. Right now I am 16 and do not plan on getting married for a while but I would just like to know how this works. Thank you.
