Should I be insulted -- JUSTIN BEIBER!?

I took my grandma to the senior center, and some old lady (she must have been 90 something) told me that i looked like Justin Beiber. Problem with that is I'm a girl with a spiked pixie hairstyle. So, should I be insulted because she's referring I look like a boy, happy that all those claims that Justin Beiber looks like a girl are true, or amazed that a 90 year old even knows about Justin Beiber. BTW, I hate Justin Beiber.
