Should RYAN GIGGS be relieved of his PL medal... and dropped for the CL final...?

Anyone who say's that is stupid unless it's for comedy. What he did was wrong but he doesn't deserve to have his PL medal taken away lol poor giggsy the centre of much yahoo answers debate.
