I don't know whether to cut my hair shorter or not?

Sometimes I feel like cutting my hair shorter, because I have normal wavy long hair now and have had this style for a year. I havent had short hair in three years and I do miss it a bit, and I get told that it would be a waste of my bone structure if I didnt cut my hair shorter. Plus, I want to feel liberated from the rough year and a half I just had from an emotional on and off relationship, and it's finally ended for good, so I want to feel fresh and new. I'm afraid though as I want to get into modelling and I know that most models have long natural looking hair. If I should get a shorter hair cut, what should I have?? A bob?? Pixie crop?? Anything? I'm extremely open minded and I'll consider anything you guys think of (: Oh, you should know that I have a heart shaped face, long eyes, big lips and a button nose. Would these features suit shorter hair?? And what do guys think of shorter hair??? Thank you :] x
