I had a palm used google back up now have instinct. is there a way to restore my contacts using google?

I had a palm pixie got google backup worked wonderfully. then i got an android google did backup that. now i have the instict and iys saying to use sprint backup. is there a way to get my google backup online and just enter it all manually or what? i have hundreds of contacts.
