Should I get a pixie cut?

im thinking of donating my hair, but im not sure how i would look with a short hair cut, siince i dont have a very pretty face. my eyes are pretty, so a short cut with bangs would draw attention to them, but the rest of my face is still ugly and plain. also, i dont wear makeup. are their other short hairstyles that bring attention to my eyes and away from my nose and mouth?
