Why didnt Ryan Giggs pay for a gagging order for Imogen Thomas aswel?

I heard she couldn't get one because she couldn't afford one, so..i have to wonder why he wouldn't get her one aswel? surely it would have benefited his case more to have both of their names out the media? so nobody would be connecting the dots with Imogen?......... im just curious, its just seems a simple solution that was over looked? ......am i right ...?
