What graphic design program pairs well with a BA in marketing?

I have just graduated from a Canadian University with a Bachelor of commerce and a major in marketing however I'm finding myself more and more drawn to the idea of graphic design/web design. I'm just wondering if anyone has any advice as to what type of graphic design programs would pair well with such a degree? I'm not sure I want to go back to school for another 3 or 4 years to get a bachelors of graphic design however I'm wondering if a certificate program is of any real value in the real world. Does anyone have any suggestions as to any programs around Ottawa or Ontario that would be good Ontario? I'm open to all suggestions or advice, thanks!
